Who we are
Sustain Busoga Initiative is a not for profit grass root organization which works with local communities and partners to empower youth and their household for sustainable development through interventions in Education and vocational skills enhancement, Food Security and Agricultural Livelihoods, Health and Nutrition promotion including HIV/AIDS awareness raising and prevention, human rights and protection.
OVERVIEW
At Sustain Busoga Initiative we are working with different partners to address challenges that have hindered sustainable development through a holistic and integrated development approach that is;
- Actions which directly increase the ability of the youth and their households to raise their incomes;
- Actions which directly improve the quality of life and wellbeing of the youth and their households.
- Actions that will empower people to produce the right products that create value.
- Actions that will improve literacy and skilling for youths

Our programs are focused in Busoga Sub region East of Uganda.
We work in 11 districts that make up Busoga Sub Region, name;
- Bugiri.
- Bugweri.
- Buyende.
- Iganga.
- Jinja.
- Kaliro.
- Kamuli.
- Luuka.
- Mayuge.
- Namayingo.
